By placing an order for Cakir Parfume products — through cakirparfume.com, WhatsApp, email, Shopee, or in person at our Bandung lab — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Cakir Parfume is a handmade artisan perfume, blended in small batches at our Bandung lab. Each batch is mixed by hand by founder Alphan Cakir using essential oils sourced from Indonesia and around the world. Sixteen scents are available in 30 ml signature bottles and 5 ml travel sizes.
Because every batch is made by hand, very small variations in scent intensity, colour, and presentation may occur between batches. This is the nature of artisan production and is not a defect.
Place retail orders by WhatsApp (+62 823 1557 6287), email (hi@cakglo.com), or via our Shopee Indonesia store. We confirm every order in writing before payment. Order confirmation includes the scent(s), size, total price, and shipping arrangement.
Wholesale (grossir) pricing is available with a minimum order of 10 bottles per scent for 30 ml, or 30 bottles for 5 ml travel size. Wholesale enquiries: hi@cakglo.com.
Retail prices on this website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable Indonesian taxes for orders within Indonesia. International orders are quoted by request — we provide a per-bottle price and a separate shipping cost in IDR, USD, EUR, or GBP as agreed.
Bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and customs duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are paid in advance before the bottles ship. Accepted methods: bank transfer (Indonesia + international), Shopee checkout, and other methods agreed in writing. We do not currently accept credit card payments directly on this website.
Standard delivery across Indonesia via JNE, J&T, or SiCepat is typically 2–7 business days from the day after payment is received. Express options available on request. Free shipping promotions are announced via Instagram and WhatsApp.

Perfume contains alcohol, which is classified as restricted goods (dangerous goods category) by some carriers. We use carriers approved for fragrance shipping. Customs duties at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Some destinations may not permit personal perfume imports — please check your local regulations before ordering.
Hygiene policy: Once a bottle has been opened, used, or sprayed, it cannot be returned for any reason. This is a hygiene-driven industry standard and applies to all fragrance products.
Sealed, unopened bottles in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, less return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any damage during return transit.
If a bottle arrives damaged or broken, photograph the package and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery and message us on WhatsApp. We will replace the bottle at no charge once we have confirmed the damage. Photographs taken after 48 hours are not eligible for replacement.
If you receive the wrong scent or size, message us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Cakir Parfume contains essential oils and aromatic compounds. As with all fragrances, some individuals may experience skin sensitivity, irritation, or allergic reactions.
We strongly recommend a patch test before regular use: apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow, wait 24 hours, and check for any redness or irritation. Discontinue use immediately if any reaction occurs.
Do not apply directly to broken skin, eyes, or sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a known sensitivity to essential oils, consult a doctor before use.
Cakir Parfume disclaims all liability for skin reactions or allergic responses. By placing an order you acknowledge this disclaimer.
Store Cakir Parfume in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes. Unopened bottles maintain peak quality for 24 months from production. Once opened, use within 12 months for best scent quality.
The Cakir Parfume name, logo, calligraphy, scent compositions, photography, and website content are the property of Cakglo Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of this without prior written permission.
Wholesale partners may use approved Cakir Parfume product photography and brand assets for in-store and online marketing of stocked Cakir products only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cakglo Ltd's total liability arising out of or related to a Cakir Parfume order shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Retail orders placed within Indonesia are governed by Indonesian consumer law (UU No. 8/1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen). Wholesale and international contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes are first addressed in good-faith communication via hi@cakglo.com. Unresolved disputes regarding retail orders in Indonesia are referred to the competent Indonesian consumer dispute resolution body (BPSK). Wholesale disputes are referred to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active orders will be communicated by email.
